ご注文された串は、目の前で炭火焼きいたします。当店では新鮮なお肉を仕入れているので、レバー・ハツ・ささみはレア気味でお出ししております。（ウェルダンをご希望の方はご遠慮なくお申し付けください）炭火焼きの串は味はもちろん、風味も抜群です。
